22 sets of 22 pushups – this was harder than I though

I tried running today but my plantar is really acting up. 3 miles run and 1 mile of walking.

Ben leaned on the floor lamp and knocked it over. Breaking my favorite hourglass. He ended up doing 2 x 20 burpees for it.

Ivanna and I ended the night with a quick walk with Crazy BI. My foot was in so much pain, it ended up as a quick 10 minutes walk. As always, I can never take a selfie with this guy without being blurry. Always jumping and going nuts everywhere. #puppylife.

After the walk, the kids wanted to watch a movie. So I introduced them to the first movie I watched in school when I came to the US: ET. They were excited and loved it but I was too tired. I think I fell asleep about 30 minutes into the movie and slipped in and out in between. Overall, it was a good day. I felt some what accomplished with family activities.

Here’s to another day ahead of us. One step at a time.
