My plantar faciitis continues to be a pain. Was going to run but decided not let it rest. I resorted to push-ups, bodyweight jump squats between alternating lunges.
I also think I figured out what could have contributed to my inflammation. What I thought was a crack in my insoles turned out to be a much bigger issue. Both insoles are completely destroyed. Guess I must have really put some miles on them. That and the 8.68 miles run earlier this week must have been the perfect storm
The workout: 16 sets of 22 push-ups / 16 sets of 10 alternating lunges and body weight jump squats
Ending the day with a 1.8 miles hike. It was hot out, Ben was whining the entire time that he’s going to die in the heat. Such a dramatic little boy.
