I miss the gym. With current #CoronaVirus situation, all gyms have been closed since last week. My only option was to run, walk, and calisthenics. Today’s workout was as followed:

3 miles run in the morning

Evening:

10 sets of 22 pushups with a 25lbs vest

10 sets of 22 jump squats with a 25lbs vest

20 minutes of jump rope
